One day after heart-warming launch of Creative's latest Zen video player, the company is beating the war drums and threatening all kinds of legal fun and games. At yesterdays launch of the Creative Zen Vision:M, company CEO Sim Wong Hoo gave an interview saying that Creative intends to "pursue aggressively" any infringements on their patented interface design.

De ce que j'ai comprit Creative ont deposé un brevet avant que le ipod sorte et la leur demande de brevet vient d'etre accepter...le brevet porte sur le "user interface" de ce que j'ai compris...mais je connais pa sles produit creative fac je sais pas a quel point c'est similaire...tk c'est spécial!
