weird... Bell a deja passé devamt le CRTC pour des plaintes sur ca et le CRTC a conclu que Bell avait le droit et que c'était justifié (j'avais fait des posts sur ca : viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2051&hilit=crtc)

Le bout qui m'inquiete c'est "Bell also said it planned on terminating service for heavy P2P users and was close to introducing a "metered" service plan, meaning customers could choose how much they could download a month."

s'ils coupent tout le p2p et forcent les clients a payer pour du dld ca devient crosseur... si tlm le faisait on serait sur que le traffic p2p serait encrypter pour pas qu'ils le voit mais la ya bin du monde qui s'en pardonne moi Jesus d'encrytper les torrent pour bypasser le dpi.
